Sweatshirt Design

Hi there! I am looking for a design to put on a sweatshirt for my staff.
The name of our business is Baumans Farm and Garden. I would love for the design to have something along the lines of "more than coworkers we are family" or something like that.
At our store we have a full garden center, but we are also a working farm and we grow and sell about 80 different fruits and vegetables, we havea full service bakery, home decor shop, coffee shop, deli and more.
We are a small family owned business and love that aspect, we treat our staff like family and wanted to get a sweatshirt for them for christmas that reflects that.
