Swarm acts as a real-time intermediary between the general public and service providers in their local area who can help with paid tasks (odd-jobs / removals etc).

I have ideas on the design scheme but it is important to me that a developer has a track record of delivering aesthetically pleasing slick apps with great functionality but very simple UI.
