Sustainability Report Design for SE Asian Publicly-Listed Company
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD
I am seeking a talented graphic designer to help create a comprehensive and visually appealing sustainability report that will be used to report investors and stakeholders in Indonesia. This is the company's third annual Sustainability Report. Last year's report was 216 pages long - consisting of both English and Bahasa Indonesia versions contained in one document.
Two versions of the 2024 Sustainability report will be required:
1. Company Corporate Sustainability Report (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
2. Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) Report (Bahasa Indonesia only).
Company Corporate Sustainability Report
1. Company Corporate Sustainability Report will be in English and Bahasa Indonesian language and in engaging format & layout with graphics, photos, colour schemes. A PDF format is required with hyperlinks to company website. The client has requested something like this: https://www.teck.com/media/2023-Sustainability-Report.pdf (Note; This is not the client's report).
Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) Report
2. OJK Report will be in Bahasa only, black & white format, and must be in accordance with OJK authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design an engaging layout for the report, ensuring it's easy to navigate, informative, and professional
- Create and incorporate data visualizations such as graphs, charts, and infographics
- Develop an executive summary that effectively communicates key findings from the report
The ideal candidate for this project will have:
- Proven experience in designing sustainability, ESG, or corporate reports
- Ability to converse in English (and Bahasa Indonesia preferred) with a team of bilingual management consultants (and client).
- Proficiency in type setting and graphic design software
- A keen understanding of what appeals to investors and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to ensure the report effectively conveys message and client's requirements.
- Ability to manage and adhere to strict time constraints and deadlines from client
