Surfing Wetsuit Design for Cold Waters

I'm looking for an experienced wetsuit designer who can create a high-performance, flexible wetsuit for surfing. I have drafted designs myself but need help perfecting them and with the technical side of designing. I am looking to design a 4/3, 3/2, and a spring suit. These will be women's wetsuits.
Key Requirements:
- The wetsuit will primarily be used for surfing, so it needs to be designed with this in mind.
- It must offer high flexibility for performance, without compromising on warmth.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in wetsuit design.
- Strong understanding of materials suitable for cold water.
- Proven track record of designing high-performance, flexible wetsuits.
- Understanding of the specific requirements for surfing wetsuits.
