Supernote A5X PDF Template Development
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a designer experienced in creating hyperlinked PDF templates for the Supernote A5X (or similar e-ink tablets). I already have a working base template for Meeting Minutes, and I’m now looking to expand it with a few additional layouts and an updated hyperlink structure.
Project Scope – Please Read Carefully:
The final PDF will contain ~2000 pages, but this is NOT 2000 pages of unique manual design.
There are only 16 distinct page types and 7 repeatable pages that make up the document.
Most pages are repetitions or auto-generated versions of daily/weekly/monthly views, etc
Please Quote me RHS only however let me know how much required for both LHS & RHS
Hyperlinks are limited and primarily link to section index pages or core tabs (not cross-linking every individual page).
I will provide:
The base template
Rough drafts of the new page content
Guidance on desired navigation behavior
Deliverables:
Final PDF optimized for Supernote A5X (black-and-white, minimal grayscale, e-ink clarity)
Fully working internal navigation via hyperlinks (e.g., tabs, clickable index)
Editable source file (e.g., InDesign, Affinity Publisher)
Ideal Candidate:
Has prior experience designing for Supernote or other e-ink productivity tools
Understands how to efficiently handle large-scale document creation using master pages, automation, or smart layout tools. Can consult on layout choices via short feedback sessions. Attention to detail with hyperlinks and repeat formatting
Note: Please do not quote based on "per page" pricing — this is a smart layout and hyperlinking project, not a manual 2000-page build.
