Super hero comicbook designer

I have a great story arc and great panel ideas and need an artist that can bring this idea to life. I have plenty of drawings and the company name and assets has copyrights. I need 30 pages with at least 5 panels per page. The last few people who did work for me used mostly or all digital work, hardly any drawings.
