Summer flyer new CrossFit

I need the attached design to be re-created in the following formats to a high quality for flyer printing on A5. There is a front page and back page for the flyer. Both need to be delivered in separate files.
Formats required:
AI
EPS
PDF
The proofs should allow for amendments/changes. I can provide some of the images
