Stylish Showcase Portfolio PDF
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to turn my best projects into a polished, easy-to-share PDF that simply shows off what I can do. This portfolio is purely for showcasing work, so every page has to feel inviting and let the visuals speak first, with brief, well-placed captions that add context without crowding the layout.
Content and layout
I will supply high-resolution images and project related stiff. The exact mix of pieces ranges from visual designs to a few text-heavy case studies, so the template has to handle both full-bleed images and text blocks gracefully. If you have ideas for interactive touches such as clickable links or QR codes to live sites, feel free to suggest them.
Look and feel
I am open on style. Minimal and modern appeals to me, but I am happy to see concepts that lean more creative or even formal, as long as the final document feels cohesive and professional. Good typography, generous white space, and a tidy grid are must-haves.
Tools
Adobe InDesign is my first choice because I need an editable source file for future updates. If you prefer Illustrator, Affinity Publisher, or another industry-standard tool, let me know.
Deliverables
- Print-ready PDF (high-resolution, CMYK)
- Screen-optimised PDF (small file size)
- Packaged source files with linked images and fonts
Acceptance criteria
- Consistent grid, colour palette, and typography throughout
- All text styles and master pages editable
- Up to 15 finished pages (flexible if we choose to expand)
- No missing links or font issues when I open the package
Timeline is flexible within reason, but I would like to review an initial draft within the first week of kickoff. If you have any questions about content, flow, or creative direction, just ask and we can sort it out quickly.
