Stylish Blister Pack Design

I'm looking for a talented designer to craft the packaging for my product - a slide blister pack card that will make a striking impression on consumers. Here's exactly what I need:
I need a very good design on a 9 CM x 11 CM blister pack slide card. The design should consist of a scenic golf related stock photo on both the front and back. A few different photos should be offered and I will pick the one I like. There will be some text over the photo that will be provided but the designer should recommend the font.
