Here is what we need:
1. Studio Apartment:
- Scandinavian design. Maintain the ethic of simplicity, functionality, and minimalism. Utilize earthy tones, clean lines, and natural items.
2. 1-bedroom Apartment:
- Contemporary design. Create a space that is comfortable and chic using modern elements, sleek lines, and a mix of colors and materials.
Ideal skills:
- Strong understanding of Scandinavian and contemporary design.
- Ability to maximise space whilst maintaining a stylish, clean aesthetic.
- Expertise in creating custom-made designs.
- Strong communication skills.
