Style Guide & Templates for Consulting Firm

I'm looking for a freelance designer to create a comprehensive style guide and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates for my consulting firm. templates need to be robust and easy to use by people writing reports who are not design experts.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a style guide that includes typography guidelines, a color palette, and logo usage. Draft logo and intro deck describing what we do attached
- Create Word (portrait and landscape) and PPT templates (with 15 standard slide layouts for things like processes, people, and team composition) with built-in formatting that aligns with the style guide. PPT process images should be able to be loaded into the word document so they autosize to the page.
- The templates should be user-friendly while maintaining a professional appearance.
