Streetwear Shorts Graphic Design

I am looking for a graphic design with experience in clothing design (any experience design shorts would be preferred, but not required). I have a tech pack as well as a logo made already, but would like help in designing the pattern for the shorts.My goal here is to get a design for the tech pack and to start producing samples afterwards
