As the owner of a busy screen printing shop, our monthly output includes more than 100 designs and we're seeking a freelancer to help streamline our production processes.

This project includes:

1. **Design Creation**: Our primary challenge lies in creating original designs and we often struggle to keep up with demand. Your role would involve contributing ideas and creating fresh, innovative designs that align with our brand. Experience in graphic design and familiarity with screen printing processes is required.

2. **Material Sourcing**: We also need help to improve our material sourcing, which includes identifying and establishing relationships with high-quality, cost-effective suppliers. Ideally, you'll have a background in supply chain management or experience in a similar role.

3. **Printing Process optimization**: Finally, we'd like to enhance our printing process. Your insights into improving efficiency, reducing waste, and implementing quality control measures would be welcome. Prior experience in a print shop or similar environment would give you a valuable understanding of the nuances of our work.
