Stationary Forms for Hospital
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Hi, I'm seeking a freelancer to create digital stationary forms for a hospital. Specifically, I'm hoping to have more than 20 medical forms made (pages ranging from 30-40).
They should be created digitally in Coreldraw (.cdr) format for print purpose in Black & White colour in hindi & English Fonts Should be Calibri for english & KBC 16 for hindi. need urgently
i will Providing Pdf & some Jpg formats. and one pre set coreldraw file for header, page size & margins
