Static billboard ad for mobile app
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a mobile app that is on both Apple AppStore and Android play store.

To find the app on the app stores, search for "QLD Crime".
The design needs to match the colour schemes used on within the app (mainly the blue and red colours). You may play around with them and other colours too.
The catchy descriptions can be found on the website provided (https://qldcrime.com.au/)
I need a nice clean design to be used on 2 billboards:
(16 : 9 -> 1920x1080)
(5:4 -> 1280x1024)
If you can make an animated billboard video of 15 seconds that would also be even better, but it not required.
In the case this can be done, please work with the descriptions provided in the website (https://qldcrime.com.au/).
