Static Survey Questionnaire Banners Design

We're seeking a skilled graphic designer to create a series of engaging banners and interstitial graphics for a weight loss website. These visuals will be used to introduce and guide users through a short survey questionnaire, with the goal of encouraging completion and promoting trust. The designs should be clean, conversion-focused, and aligned with the brand's tone of empathy, motivation, and credibility.
