Star Trek Badgey Costume

Hi - I'm looking for a two sided costume of the character Badgey from Star Trek Lower Decks. One side good, one side evil. Photos attached of some licensed pins to get an idea. I will get tights and sleeves for the arms and legs, so I just need the body, and it needs to have some stiffness so that it presents properly, but still be foldable to fit in a suitcase.

NOTE -- This is not a graphic design project. This is a SEWING project.
