UV Spot Embossed Business Card Design

I am looking for a freelancer who can design a UV Spot Embossed business card for my existing business. The preferred size for the business card is standard size (3.5 x 2 in). I have the exact design done on Canva but I need someone to recreate it with the masked layers ready for printing via Photoshop or Illustrator.
