Sports Themed T-Shirt Graphic Design

I'm seeking a savvy and innovative graphic designer to create a T-shirt design centred around sports. The design must be bright and colourful reflecting an engaging and energetic theme.
Key elements expected in the design include:
- An animated picture of a short bus
- Three customers looking out the bus windows holding drinks
- "Short Bus Boyz" in graffiti writing on the side of the bus

We would like Short Bus Boyz on the bus where normally the school name goes. the three guys in the pictures i uploaded hanging out the bus windows holding beer cans. In the picture with the 2 guys, the one on the left holding a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer, the 2nd guy with the long beard holding a Twisted Tea, and the other picture the single guy holding a Corona Bottle.
The bus would be jumping a dirt mound jump with mud tires and a dirt bike on top of the bus. the banner around the entire design would be a dirt bike tire tread.
The designer should have experience in creating dynamic and visually compelling designs, and possess a creative flair in expressing sports themes through graphics. Your expertise in color theory and vector graphics will be advantageous.
