Special Report Layout

I am one of three authors who wrote a 90-page report on Electric Vehicles. We would like to have someone do a better job of the payout than we did. Please send me a sample of your work. The design needs to be formal, yet colorful and informative. The US, IMF, and similar agencies put out the style of the report we are looking for, but always keeping black letters on a white background.
