Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled designer to create 3 layout plans for a vegetarian restaurant, with a focus on South Indian and Indian cuisine. This is the first stage of the project, and we are looking for detailed, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that reflect the theme. You will be provided with the CAD file for the base layout.

Each layout should offer a unique design approach, optimizing space for the kitchen, dining, and service areas.
Efficient flow for serving both South Indian and Indian dishes.
Suggestions for seating arrangements, customer accessibility, and kitchen workflow specific to preparing Indian and South Indian meals.
Zoning for kitchen, storage, dining, and restroom areas.
Design Details:
Recommendations for material finishes, lighting, and décor that emphasize Indian and South Indian cultural elements.
Consideration for hygiene, safety, and ventilation.
Adequate space for traditional kitchen appliances like tandoors, dosa tawas, etc.
Materials & Finishes:
Suggestions for durable materials for flooring, walls, furniture, and fixtures that complement the Indian theme.
Focus on natural textures and colors typical of South Indian and Indian decor (e.g., wooden elements, earthy tones).
Deliverables:

Detailed layout with measurements and zoning for kitchen, dining, storage, and customer areas.
