Solar Img Manipulation

I am looking for someone to help with some image manipulation. Specifically, I need help rebuilding "img_1" to look like "img_2". More specifically, I need you to rotate "img_1" counter-clockwise 90 degrees and add the banner "Solar" (refer to "img_2" for layout). Lastly, "img_1" needs to be the same overall size as "img_2" which is 400x400. Hit me with questions if unclear.

I would like the finished product saved as a .png.
