Social media manager / graphically design advertisements (video/image)

Hello. We are a company that supplies sports clubs and companies with clothing. We would like to make our social media presence more professional. Unfortunately we don't have time for that. So we are looking for a designer who can set up our advertisements (preferably as short clips) and work with us on a long-term basis with a corporate design.
Our business cards, voucher cards and website backgrounds all have the same design. This should also continue in Instagram and Facebook. It should be cool and appeal to as many people as possible. We would also like to use it to display meta-advertisements. For example, we currently need an advertisement for a promotion with soccer ball packages and for a discount promotion for soccer shoes. I've designed the ads and images myself so far, but I don't have the time to do it, so the accounts are poorly maintained and there are hardly any posts online.
