Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Social Media Content)

94 is a social media and digital marketing agency based in SG working with brands across lifestyle, F&B, beauty, wellness, and professional services. We produce high-performing short-form content and clean visual creatives that are built to convert — not just look pretty.
We’re looking for a reliable video editor / graphic designer who understands social platforms, trends, pacing, and branding.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Video Editing (Primary)
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
• Cut long footage into engaging, fast-paced clips
• Add captions (burnt-in subtitles), emojis, callouts, hooks
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, zooms, punch-ins
• Sync visuals to music, beats, or voiceovers
• Colour correction / basic colour grading
• Export in correct formats for each platform
Graphic Design
• Design social media posts & carousels (IG/FB)
• Create thumbnails, covers, and simple ad creatives
• Maintain brand consistency (fonts, colours, spacing)
• Occasionally adapt existing designs into multiple formats
Content Support
• Follow content briefs and brand guidelines
• Suggest minor creative improvements (hooks, pacing, layouts)
• Organise files and deliver clean, editable project files
• Meet deadlines - this is non-negotiable
Requirements
• Strong experience in short-form social media content
• Proficient in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut (any is fine)
• Proficient in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
• Understands what performs on IG/TikTok (hooks, pacing, subtitles)
• Good eye for clean, modern design
• Can take feedback without ego and revise quickly
• English comprehension is a must
Nice to Have (Bonus)
• Experience editing for agencies or multiple clients
• Motion graphics / light animation skills
• Familiar with viral trends and social formats
• Experience with beauty, F&B, lifestyle brands
Work Arrangement
• Remote / freelance
• Full Time
• Trial task may be required
• Due to language and timezone differences, prefer candidates from the ASEAN region (Vietnam/Indonesia/Philippines/Malaysia etc.)
