Social Media Profile Banner Designer

We required a designer who could create an attractive and creative profile banner for our social media accounts. We have to use this profile banner on approximately 20 different platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.

Special Note: The designer will have to provide finalized profile banner design in 20 different sizes in formats like JPG, PNG, etc.
