What I expect from you:
• A monthly content calendar with ideas for text, eye-catching graphics, and short-form videos
• 3–5 scheduled posts per week per group total 5 groups, published at optimal times
• Prompt replies to comments and direct messages to keep conversations active
• A concise monthly report highlighting reach, engagement, follower growth, and recommendations for the next cycle
