Social Media Manager & Canva Designer

I am looking for a Social Media Manager that can create not only great content but also unique designs for our Facebook & Instagram pages. Designs will be done in Canva ONLY.

The way i see things:
- Because you use Canva pro, does not make you a pro designer.
- Because you are an "Expert" with "10 years in the industry" does not mean you are what I am looking for.
- Because your designs are different doesn't mean they are "unique".

So, having that said, I am looking for someone that is a true designer and can think out of the box with every design.
I feel I have the right to set these demands as I got many many compliments about my own designs, but I am not a designer, but I had to do it because I wasn't able to find what I am looking for.

We are in the cleaning Industry. We are not employers, neither recruitment agency, but a job board that bring employers and employees of all the cleaning industries to a place where we all speak the same language - Cleaning!

I am looking for 5 designs, each with their own descriptions. Once i found who I am looking for then we will talk about the longer term.

Feel free to send me an example of your 1-3 best designs, but please don't send me links to your portfolio.
