Social Media Management (Instagram content) for winery

I am looking for somebody who can assist with managing and marketing my Instagram page. The goal is to increase engagement with a targeted audience and get more sales of my wines and bookings for our restaurant.
Skills:
- Experience in SoMe management, especially with Instagram content and adverts
- Knowledge of how to increase followers and engagement
- Ability to create exciting posts
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for my Instagram page
- Prepare a monthly content calendar (2 posts per week)
- Creative ideas on posts and pictures are a must
- Engage followers
- Be creative and help to improve the page on a long term
