Social Media (Instagram) Designer is Needed

We are Medical Centers with a net of clinics based around Europe and Eastern Asia. Currently, we are looking for a talented designer to prepare for our social media posts - IG and FB.
Around 8-10 posts per month are needed. We are looking for a payment per post option.
The preferable location of our future candidate is Ukraine.
Despite we operate in a medical niche, our requirement for post design is not usual.
We are aiming to have a minimal, aesthetic, classy design. Using pastel colors pallet, and not messy at all.
Minimal line illustration, using “life” photos.
Anyway a brand book will be provided and everything will be discussed with a future candidate.
