Social Media Headshot Editing

I need a professional photo editor to enhance my headshot for social media use.

Requirements:
- Shoulder and arms were cut off around the edge of the photo.
- Touch up the face, mustache and beard to a moderately enhanced level.
- If possible, remove the glare off the eyeglasses.

Additional Task:
