Social Media and Graphic Designer WANTED on going work

I am looking for a social media and graphic designer who can assist me with managing and creating content for a real estate business.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram and its features
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content
- Experience in managing social media accounts and developing content strategies
Specific Requirements:
- Assistance with both existing content and designing new content
- Help with creating 1-3 pieces of content (market reports, Instagram feed, digital banners etc.)
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media and graphic design
The suitable candidate must have real estate design experience and be fluent in English and have experience with After Effects and Photoshop and Indesign.
This is an ongoing project, so I am looking for someone who is available for long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
