Soccer banner in Anime style

I am looking for a talented artist to create an anime-style image for me for a soccer banner. My team has just signed our first Japanese player, and we would like an image that can be scaled to the width of a full soccer stand to pay homage to him. I am thinking it will look like this: the player, facing the camera, with his arms at 90 degrees (almost like he's praying/casting a spell with his hands), head slightly tilted forward, looking like he's about to kick your ass. I then want some of our other players in the background and a reference to our club crest. I want it to look intimidating, yet respectful of the player. I have attached a photo of our club crest (Coventry City FC), along with two good photos of our new player 'Tatsuhiro Sakamoto'. Our club twitter handle is #PUSB which stands for Play Up Sky Blues.

So any reference to Japan, Play Up Sky Blues, Coventry City. Willing to give creative freedom, hopefully to someone with knowledge of soccer who is familiar with teams like Dortmund who have such banners.
