Snooker Club Banner Design

I need a design to be made digital for a snooker club banner, I already have it hand drawn and have the other reference images using which it was designed. Slight changes are okay and even preferred taking reference from the reference design, though the color scheme and overall design is to remain the same. The strokes and spot positions may be done as per personal creativity. The stick in the middle is a cue stick which is going through the 'Q' in the design and needs to be colored as a cue stick (reference image attached). The ball on top of 'i" is a cue ball in 8 ball pool (reference image attached). The 'Q' in the design is needed to be mostly colored with red as the red 'o' in reference design and not like in hand drawn 3.png. The back green design also needs to be done.

I need the project in Adobe Illustrator file or any other editable file, at least the final version, to avoid any pixel issues.

All said, the hand drawn image is made by me roughly, i.e. it doesn't have to be traced exactly, personal creativity is preferred without changing the overall design of the same.
