Small Logo/Identification Type Card For Fishing Tackle Package

I have all of the files for my own logo, I need a design for a basic card to be used for the sale of fishing tackle, it will be a card that slips into a small plastic bag/sachet. Possibly looking at the use of a grizzly bear image/face that is unique to be incorporated on packaging...this image must not be copyrighted and free to use.
