Slide deck for a board presentation

I'm in need of a professional PowerPoint slide deck to present to a leadership group. It needs to adhere to the highest standards both in design and content accuracy.
The slide deck should cover the proposed bullet points set out in the attached document in an increasingly detailed way throughout each slide. The first few slides should contain the key points while the later ones should include more details. It is important to have visuals that help explain all the bullets and information clearly. The timeline of activities at the back of the deck should be set out in a calendar format.
The output format should be PowerPoint. PDF also accepted but it should work the same as PowerPoint.
I'm looking for someone with exceptional experience in creating slide decks for board presentations. They should have experience in selecting relevant visuals, and creating accurate, understandable and visually appealing content. Someone with a creative design sense is preferable. Accuracy is of utmost importance.
