Sleek Modern Go-Kart Sticker Design

I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a modern and sleek go-kart sticker design. Please see attached our current go kart design and then and idea we want recreated onto the template. We have 29 go karts, all will feature the same design, just different numbering
We want the go kart body to have a texture that includes multiple shades of blue — not just one flat colour like the current design.
Think of it like this: when you look at water or the sky, it’s not just one blue — there are light and dark areas that give it depth.
That’s what we want — a mix of blues throughout the design to make it look more modern, detailed, and visually exciting. Not just plain blue, but a dynamic pattern or texture with different tones. We want to keep the red as is
Key Requirements:
