Sleek Email & UGC Video Magic

I am looking for a driven, creative Aussie to join the team of a fast growing eCommerce business.
We are currently a relatively small Ecommerce business, however we are scaling quite fast & are looking for someone who will be our go-to creative person on the email design & video editing side in the long term. It is important you understand that this is a long term role that’s hours & responsibilities will increase over time, not a short-term gig. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing brand, and help accelerate us to the top of our industry in Australia. Also, we are currently scaling internationally (to go live in the US-A in 2 weeks), and it is likely this role will evolve to that of a creative director/team manager, managing designers & creators across multiple stores, within coming months. The following are the key tasks we are looking for the person in this role to fill currently, however these will expand and evolve over time:
Email Marketing Campaign Designs from brand assets
Planning & launching email marketing campaigns
Editing raw footage from UGC creators into incredible UGC videos that resonate with Australian audiences for Tiktok & FB platforms
I am looking for someone with the following skills, and proficiency in using the following platforms:
Email marketing
Graphic/Email Design
Video editing
Klaviyo
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro
Canva
While we are looking for someone with experience, for the starting role, we are offering $25/hr with 10 hours/week minimum, to determine if you are the right fit. This will increase as the role evolves and you prove your creative abilities. We want someone willing to grow with our business and commit to our long term vision. There will be lots of rewards, new skills, and opportunities to grow along the way.
