Single Flyer design for upcoming workshop made in google docs & a Google form registration link.

Project 1: I am looking for a talented designer to create a single flyer for an upcoming workshop. The flyer will be created using Google Docs. I would like to reuse it by being able to edit the dates of future workshops myself and export it in pdf format. Project 2: I also need a registration page made using Google forms for the workshop with a way for them to pay for the workshop or upload a proof of payment. The work is in Spanish.

Size:
- The flyer should be in Letter size.

Theme/Concept:
- The theme for the flyer is Health care Hospice End of life care.

Colors and Fonts:
- The client has specific colors and fonts in mind for the flyer.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing flyers.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs.
- Ability to incorporate the Health care Hospice End of life care theme into the design.
