Simple transcribe of brochure

We are looking to have the following document converted to a word document (That is ready to print). All logos can be found on www.npwu.com (Pictures of group shots), and the logo can be found on s2.npwu.com/esign at the top of page. This is a very simple project where I simply need a doc file given to me where I can print/edit, where the current version we have is just a scan that will not work for us. It does not have to be exactly the same as the attached file, just the same layout and text and main logo.
