Simple promotional flyer

We are developing a new product and need a quick flyer producing that will help us discuss our ideas with customers. We have a word document with about eight bullet points most of which have a photo to illustrate them. We just need this laying out in an attractive but clear way. The preferred format is a PDF. The number of pages can follow what seems natural- maybe 4. I attach an example which has our logo and gives an idea of roughly what we are aiming at. I will send the word document to shortlisted applicants.
