Simple matte painting photoshop

I'm editing a simple set in photoshop where a person is sitting on a throne. I download an image to use for the throne then cropped and positioned the pieces. Now want someone to fill out the missing parts with matte painting. There is a simple pattern/design that I want to have on the bottom of the throne.
