Simple graphic illustration of sports jersey

I am looking for a talented graphic illustrator who can create a drawing for a football player jersey. The design should be medium in size and incorporate the team colors and jersey font. It is a very simple design (example shown) with the main elements and no need for small details. I have a number of players/jerseys in mind, looking to do a package job where you do all the players for a packaged price.
