Short stories website: need to increase visitor numbers.

We have a short story platform for amateur authors. Our priority is to increase registered users. We need someone to draft content and imagery for zines which we will send to existing users. Ideally we need companies, for example coffee chains, to advertise in these zines- this would be, for example, discounted vouchers which can be used in their stores. We need a mass leafleting campaign, possibly something as simple as handing out fliers outside train stations. We are UK-based but would welcome users from any country, particularly the US.
