I am looking for a freelancer to create a short and simple handbook or process diagram to guide our customers. The purpose of this handbook is to provide clear instructions and information to our customers, helping them navigate through our processes efficiently.

I have a business growth methodology called the Collective Intelligence Methodology (CIM) that I have designed over the years to help technology companies to validate, commercialise and scale technology.

The template for the methodology is circa 50 pages long but designed to be an easy read. I need someone with technical writing skills and business acumen who will take the time to read and understand the document and, secondly, write a 'handbook or process image' that can summarise all the key points of the methodology into a few pages as a guide. In short, the methodology principle is easy to follow but easily lost in the document.
