Short Term Vacation Booking & Management Website

I am looking to create a short-term vacation booking and management website. The types of rentals that I want listed on the site would include both homes and apartments. I have a specific booking feature in mind; a calendar sync so that customers can easily determine availability and make sure they book the accommodation they are looking for. Lastly, I prefer that customers use credit cards as the payment method for bookings.
