Short Power Point Presentation

Need help with a short business presentation describing a real estate project. Data from pdf and word will need to be incorporated. Want a clean, fresh modern look. Less than 10 pages. I'll give more direction, but the below files are what I'd like to incorporate into a power point file that I can edit going forward. Doesn't need to have any specific brand, just look clean, fresh and informative & easy for the reader to glance through & get an overview of the project, request and sponsor's background/track record.
