Many designers on this platform don’t have the “eye” to recognize GREAT vs good designs. I need someone that has the EYE!
You not only have to have an eye for highest quality designs. I need you to be able to explain why a design does not look top level.
I am working with 6/10 level or 7/10 level designers. That do not have a great eye for designs. They follow directions, but not very creative. Your job will be to look some animated poster designs & motion graphic designs & guide the designer into making revisions that will make the design MUCH better.
