T-Shirt designer needed

Looking for someone to create this design I had in mind, I've created a rough concept of what I'd like which I've attached here. Of course this is a very rough concept and we would just like it to be done a hell of a lot better lol. As long as the main concepts of the idea for the design stays the same, then we are totally open for artists to go crazy with it. (concept must haves; OPAL IN SKY logo visible, tree with roots, light blue glowing vine wrapping up the tree and logo, very colourful theme) how the tree itself looks is totally up for redesign, you can add what ever to help bring some more life to it. I have files of the logo as well in, whatever file type you need it in, I have it. One thing to keep in mind is that this design will be going onto a T-Shirt, I've also attached a reference of the size it will be. Looking forward to working with you!
