T-Shirt design creation for the music style rawstyle

I am looking for a talented designer to create 1 illustrative T-shirt designs for my clothing brand that is focused on the music style, rawstyle. I prefer an illustrative style for the designs. Although I don't have any specific elements or themes in mind, I have a rough idea of what I want. I am open to your creative suggestions and interpretations.

Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in illustration and graphic design
- Strong understanding of T-shirt design principles
- Ability to bring ideas to life based on rough concepts
- Creative thinking and ability to come up with unique and eye-catching designs

I have put 1 design with the word 'Kickroll king' in the attatchments i want that word on top!
I also put in 2 vids in de attachments of what the word 'kickroll king' stands for. it is an sort of dance in the rawstyle scene.
I would like to have a character illustration on the design what looks like its doing the Dance like the vids!
