Shirt design

I'm searching for a skilled graphic designer with a specialty in Victorian era themes for my bed and breakfast that was built in 1890. The primary duties will be to create a shirt design that resonates with the elegance, culture and style of the Victorian era but also want it to be trendy!!! While specific design motifs have not been selected, expertise in this aesthetic will be crucial - like details of the house/style. Specific elements such as lace or ornate borders, while not mandatory, could desirable. Essentially, the end product should be a captivating Victorian-themed graphic that can captivate the essence of this time on a shirt.
